VENUS - terraformed paradise and green hell

Venus is unique amongst the planets in having a retrograde rotation, and its rotation is slow enough that the Venusian day lasts many Earth days, during which the jungle gets progressively more hot in the sunlight, and the night-side turns bitterly cold. 

These are the first two pieces for Venus. More to come.

  

Second one will be set close to a shoreline. A nice beach feeling with the palms.

Ok, let's get this thing started. After about 25 years of tabletop gaming and playing P&P I finally decided to bore you with my stuff! Nice of me, huh? :-) Actually I have been pausing for quiet a while and dwelled in the realms of six scale collecting. But that's another story.

So, what brought me back to the table? Prodos Games!

Yes, they successfully raised the funding goal of their Kickstarter to resurrect "Warzone - the Mutant Chronicles" on Apr 16 this year. My brother and I always loved the Warzone universe and finally it gets the awesome miniatures it deserves.

Production is rolling (see below) and we cannot wait to get ready to rumble.

But no battle without a battlefield. We are planning on the jungles of Venus, the rocky deserts of Mars, the sinister realm of the dark symmetry and streets of Luna cities for the clash of Bauhaus, Capitol, the Brotherhood and the Dark Legion. These are the four factions we are getting from the Kickstarter. So when time has come painted miniatures will show up here too.
